Netwalk Accounting is a great tool; wired together with Netwalk Booking and Netwalk Management it helps hundreds of Model and Talent Agencies around the world by eliminating the waste of precious information in its passage through departments.
We’re excited to announce that german invoicing procedures are now fully supported by NETWALK ACCOUNTING.
After a long period of development and beta testing, helped by some of the most patient and understanding agencies in Germany (lot of thanks to all of you) we are now ready to make this update available to everyone.
Client Invoices, Agency Invoices, Model Invoices, Expenses invoices, VAT auto setting and more are just our starting point. We’ll go on improving and adding new features to further streamline accountants and managers daily operations.
Today German Agencies benefit of a custom configuration that perfectly suites their needs.

1. Job doc
VAT is automatically added to Service fees (or agency fees) and to rate amount based on the country configuration of both the Client and the Model.
It often happens to find a huge amount of duplicates or similar city and country values added to Netwalk. It can be due to data import from other systems or to carelessness input.
No worries, Netwalk helps you by means of a proper tool in the “config” panel.
Simply choose the list you want to rationalize (cities, countries, nationalities) then:
1 – On the left list select multiple values that have to be rationalized.
2 – On the right list select the value you want to merge into.
2 BIS – If no values are listed in the right list (or if you can’t find the proper one) then add a new value
3 – Click on Associate
Merge tools are available for Town Values, Country Values and Nationality Values.

We recently changed the way model balance is calculated. All “on hold” statement rows will be excluded from the balance amount.
“On hold” statement rows total amount will be shown separately.
“SHOW IN ALL DEPARTMENTS” is an option bookers can select when adding a new event. This feature is usually used for events that have to be viewed by all the bookers on all the departments charts.
Users can hide other departments jobs by entering the “chart settings” window.
We’ve just added Cc Email Address Field in the model card.
Cc Email addresses are often used in business communications when a message is intended for one person, but is relevant to other people as well. For example the model’s agent.
When Cc email is added Netwalk sends models notifications emails also that address.
Netwalk Management reports allow you to better understand your bookers’ performances providing all the needed information in terms of Invoiced amount, Models commissions, agency fees and profit.
Some agencies reward their bookers based on the value of bookings achieved.
Netwalk “booker commissions” report provides a detailed summary of all the rates added by a specified booker helping your accountants to calculate his reward. Two different percentages can be added for represented and non represented models
Reports can be found in “management” panel.
Netwalk Accounting is a companion web app designed for retrieving, finishing, managing and processing all the accounting info coming from the Booking side (rates, expenses, taxes, payments etc.)
Netwalk accounting is not a Book Keeping software. It can be integrated (hard and soft integrations) with a Book Keeping software in order to have a uninterrupted flown of data from the booking side to the accounting side.
The process starts when a JOB is sent to the “Accounting Job Folder” by clicking on “lock” button.
Customers without a direct connection with external book keeping software can now export invoices in XLS format.
Click on “search on Job docs”, set up filters (time, status, paid, etc.) and submit.
Listed Job Docs can be exported by clicking on “print Job Docs in Cart” and selecting “Export to Excel”
We’ve just updated Netwalk adding social links to model’s details page.
Easily add and edit social networks links by clicking on the “edit” icon.

Smart Searches (AKA Saved Searches) use search to automatically gather models by age, physical features and/or any other model attribute. Smart Searches are updated as you change, add, and remove models on your Netwalk.
Create a Smart Search
- In Booking, choose Search Tools > (MODELS) General Search
- To search for models with one ore more particular attributes, select the attribute value in the various search boxes.
- Press Submit
Need to alert your colleagues about something very important to be taken into account before scheduling models events?
A locked job is a job that has been sent to the accounting side of Netwalk. Since it’s locked no one can edit it but it can be unlocked by users that have access to the accounting side.
There are 3 ways to delete multiple dates from a note;
1) Select the date on the calendar and press “remove”. It deletes only a date
A recent Chrome update has brought a small but tedious issue: Netwalk’s chart started flickering.
To avoid it (1) go to “chart settings” and (2) tick “disable tooltips”.
There are two ways Netwalk can send transactional emails (books, packages, contracts, notifications, etc.):
1. by sending on behalf of you through its own smtp service.
Firstly type your e-mail address in the settings pane (1).
Then to permit Netwalk to send outgoing mail on your behalf, you must create or edit (if you already have one set up) an SPF (Sender Policy Framework) record to include a reference to Netwalk’s SMTP SERVER.
The SPF record declares which SMTP servers are allowed to send mail as though it originated from your domain. This helps prevent spammers from sending email appearing to come from your domain.To create or edit an SPF record, you need to edit your domain’s DNS settings.
Below is sample syntax
‘v=spf1 include:[your mail servers] include:sendgrid.net include:mailgun.org ~all’
If you don’t include Netwalk smtp servers in your SPF record some inbox might still refuse you.
2. by acting as a classic email client connected to your outbound mail server
Firstly type your e-mail address in the settings pane (1) then edit your SMTP’s parameters (2).
You don’t need to edit any domain’s DNS settings as Netwalk will use your email outbound server to send emails.

At Netwalk we are very serious about your emails deliverability.
Netwalk app uses Sendgrid.com to send transactional emails (books, packages, notifications, etc.) and they do all the heavy lifting for delivering emails but we need you to make sure your SPF record is setup properly:
As we send email on behalf of your email address you need to include Sendgrid smtp servers in the same SPF record of your domain. Below is sample syntax

Netwalk scouting module is a full featured tool for all your scouting activities.
We have just released a new notification engine. Now you can easily send appointments details to those who are involved.
Click on the envelope icon in the preview window of the job
Fill in with subject and comment and send.
By using marketing notes you can store/schedule/remember customers calls, appointments, meetings or any other customer related item.
1. Start by clicking on a customer name from the customers list, then click on “chart”
2. Drag and Drop “MKT NOTE” on the scheduled date; fill in and submit.
