KEEP TRACK OF CUSTOMERS WITH MARKETING NOTES

By using marketing notes you can store/schedule/remember customers calls, appointments, meetings or any other customer related item.

1. Start by clicking on a customer name from the customers list, then click on “chart”

2. Drag and Drop “MKT NOTE” on the scheduled date; fill in and submit.

3. Your new MKT NOTE has been created and scheduled. You can easily retrieve info by clicking on “marketing” tab or by means of Netwalk’s powerful search tools
